Received Wrong / Damage items?
Don’t panic! We have solution.

You can choose one of the return options:

  1. Exchange your item for a different flavour or size. (Price will be changed according to your selected item).
  2. Full refund to your original payment.
  3. Replacement for a wrong or the defective item sent.

For Malaysia customers:
There are two options to get FREE shipping for return and refund:

  1. Received the wrong product(s) (e.g., wrong flavour / size)
  2. Received a product with physical damage(e.g., dented, scratched, broken)

With the reason and prove, it’s will take 1 day to check on your request and respond to the case.


Create Return
We feel sad you received unexpected items. No need to pay, we give you FREE shipping. Just drop off the item at the courier point listed.

These are steps to request a return/refund.

  1. Email us at, put a subject “refund request”.
  2. Insert picture proof of your claim. (Item with tag)
  3. Describe the situation in detail to support your claim.
  4. Propose a solution you would like to receive, either to get a refund only or to return the item before receiving your refund.

When your request is successful, you will receive Label Return through email.

What to do with the return label:

  1. Download and print the return label on a4 sheet of paper.
  2. Paste it onto your panel.
  3. Drop off your parcel at PosLaju branches nearest you.

*Items should be pack with a tag, same as you received.


Return Time Frame
With the reason and prove, it’s will take 1 day to check on your request and respond to the case. 

Once the request is successful, we will be sent you an email with a return label. Return must be made within 3 days after you received an email.
